Motivation comes in pairs; exercising with a partner increases your chance of sticking with a program by 90 percent! Duets are two people and one instructor. Nicola Yvette designs a workout to accommodate the needs of both you and your partner. This is just as much individual attention as a private but with the added benefit of company.
