I thought Pilates was really just for women; not enough for men to get or stay in shape. But being into fitness, I thought I’d give it a go. In just my first session Nicola showed how dead wrong I was. Her skill and ability to communicate and incredible subtle way of working my body was amazing. She unlocked a way for me to target my entire body through properly teaching me how to penetrate my core. After our first session without knowing it I was cooked – and hooked!!
